ALOHA & WELCOME
For some time, I’ve hoped to focus more on the Sacred Feminine and Women’s Wellness. Although I’m relatively “recent” to Yoni Steaming, my relationship with my Sacred Feminine as well as the herbs and plant medicines are strong. There are LOADS of resources and EXCELLENT write-ups by various YONI ‘experts’, so please just visit with the information here as a light introduction to the beautiful world of Goddess Empowerment, Feminine Care and Celebration. I encourage you to do your research and consult a holistic women’s health expert who can guide you more thoroughly on vaginal health and care.
The offering that I’ve Sacredly Prepared, is intended as a one time, 3-Part Ceremonial Practice (salt, herbs, guided meditation & energy healing mp3*) to Activate and Align You with Your Sacred YoniVerse.
Stepping into the ancient practice can seem daunting but it’s honestly super easy and A LOT CHEAPER than what the media and retailers try to sell us… PLEASE don’t feel you need to spend $100 for a “steaming stool”.
I’ve found TONS of affordable solutions (more resources here as well) even at/under $25. You can get a 5-gallon bucket and place one of the alternatives over it (sorry, I don’t feel it’s sanitary or sacred to do this on the toilet LOL), “portable potty” seats and even “squatting stools” (meant as a step to go beneath your toilet—but I noticed you can probably prop up on it with enough space to sit comfortably above a bowl of herbs).
Because I’m not yet at ‘expert-level-experience’ with this process, I’ll also refer you to Steamy Chick’s DIY guide. It’s a simple and easy process—like steeping loose herbs for tea except you do this in a pot or bowl. Should you decide to order your own GODDESS RECLAMATION KIT (1-steam per kit), you’ll also receive access to a GODDESS EMPOWERMENT & YONI RECLAMATION GUIDED MEDITATION to work with while experiencing the benefits.
Some of the known benefits from Yoni Steaming:
☾ Reduced pain and bloating around menstruation
☾ Decreased menstrual flow
☾ Menstrual cycle regulation support; or helps reengage an absent cycle
☾ Reduced uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, uterine weakness, uterine prolapse and endometriosis
☾ Increases fertility, especially when combined with Sacred Support (energy healing, bodywork, etc)
☾ Post childbirth healing & toning of the reproductive system

Most Yoni Herb blends contain seven basic herbs. My Sacred Goddess Empowerment blend incorporates 19 intuitively ‘downloaded’ (channeled), energetically infused, hand-blended, blessed and activated herbs. These herbs have also been researched/reviewed to benefit and support vaginal wellness and feminine care in various ways. (*Organic Pink Rose bud may be utilized for decorative purposes) I invite you to do your own research to see how this potent, sacred blend will benefit and enhance your yoni steaming experience. Even if you’ve used other blends before, I invite you to experience this ceremony kit as it also includes Sacred Salt, Goddess Activation Mini Crystal (blessed on my altar with my rare Giza Crystals) Goddess Reclamation Guided Meditation (streaming access is provided upon purchasing a kit).

PRECAUTIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS
☽ Steam is HOT! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL—you don’t want to burn the sensitive skin of your vagina. NEVER take the lid all the way off your pot. Read the instructions for at-home-steaming thoroughly; take your time and be mindful.
☽ Do NOT steam if you are pregnant or even if you think you might be pregnant. Steams can be beneficial for conception and after birth in the postpartum period, however, steaming during any stage of pregnancy is contraindicated. If you are actively trying to conceive, do not steam after ovulation during the 2nd half of your cycle.
☽ Do NOT use essential oils, they too harsh for vaginal tissue and could cause irritation.
☽ Do NOT steam if cancer is present anywhere in the body.
☽ Some women with IUDs still steam and find it to be beneficial but PLEASE speak to a trained practitioner to learn more and see if steaming would be a good option for you.
☽ Do NOT steam when you are actively menstruating. You may steam the day after the final day of your flow to help release any remaining menses. Steaming during the week leading up to your period can support your cycle in reducing cramps and other menstrual symptoms. If you are prone to heavy flow, it is recommended to wait to steam until your cycle is more regulated, as steaming increases circulation to the pelvis, which could result in more bleeding.
☽ Steaming is NOT recommended during/with any active infection(s), tears or bleeding around the vaginal area.
☾ Steam stool – you’re welcome to invest in one, especially if you are really investing in this journey. Otherwise, see the links I offered above because you do have some options. You can lie in child’s pose with your pelvis positioned over the bowl (instead of using a hotplate, etc). You could use the squat or kneeling method. Basically any way that you can position your body over the pot and feel supported and comfortable. You could also try sitting on the edge of your bath tub. Whatever method you choose, you want to be sure you are as warm and comfortable as possible. You’ll be sitting with this for 20-30 minutes, so don’t be afraid to use props and extra blankets to get set up.
☾ Lidded pot and electric hot plate; a small rice cooker OR a 3-4 quart crock pot (that you would dedicate to using only for yoni steaming—don’t cook soup in it afterwards) – Either of these work well. If you don’t have a crock pot, you can get a single electric burner for about $15 and use that with a large lidded pot. If you don’t have a way to keep your pot of water heated while you’re steaming, you can use a pot of boiled water, just be aware that the steam may not last the full 20-30 minutes of the steam. You may try to pour half the amount of water for the first 10-15 minutes and refill as needed to keep the steam going, though this may be a bit of a process since you’ll likely be wrapped up.
☾ Water and Goddess Yoni Herbs*
☾ Bed-sheet and a heavy blanket to wrap around your lower body creating a tent to trap in the steam. Wrap the bed-sheet first, placing the blanket on top. Wearing socks or just keeping them tucked and warm will also help—you want to be as cozy and comfortable as possible.
☾ Sacred Journal, pen, tarot/oracle cards, crystals, totem, talisman(s), sage or herbs (for energy clearing). I recommend smudging beforehand to set intentions and clear your space as a preparation for your steaming ceremony. You may also create a small altar space if desired. Keep a journal and pen nearby if you’d like to write while you steam and meditate. If you have a tarot/oracle deck, you may pull a card before you start so that you can meditate with it during your Yoni Goddess Ceremony.
GODDESS RECLAMATION CEREMONY
You may work with whichever (steam or salt bath/soak) cleansing method you feel guided to initiate as your ‘Reclamation’ experience. I recommend doing the salt bath/foot soak first. The only reason being, most will recommend hopping right into bed upon completing your yoni steaming experience. I don’t recommend doing a foot soak and steam at the same time as this may be too intense of a detox all at once, so please be sure to properly hydrate (with trace minerals as needed) and don’t spend more than 10-20 minutes in the salt bath/foot soak.
☽ Scroll above or click HERE for my WELCOME video, where I share and speak on my GODDESS RECLAMATION Kit
☽ Carefully remove your parchment paper-wrapped salt pouch and use when you’re ready. As you’re in this process, be present to an energy of release, cleansing and grounding. Consider if there are any areas where you’re needing support especially—work with the salt to purify your field and energies.
☽ When you’re ready for your yoni steam experience, refer to the directions above to engage your ceremony. Just be comfortable and if you’d like to meditate at this time you’re welcome to. You’re welcome to listen to the following meditation during or after your steam (for example, you can let it play as you prepare yourself for bed/sleep).
☽ If you find this meditation helpful, you’re welcome to revisit with it at any time—it does not have to be done with the ceremony kit experience.
