Terms of Membership & Participation

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

Welcome to Soul Flow Collective and/or The Recalibration Circle.

These Terms of Membership & Participation establish the agreement between you and Kapualani / Soul Flow Collective / The Recalibration Circle regarding your participation in the Soul Flow Collective membership and/or The Recalibration Circle.

Soul Flow Collective is designed to provide a supportive space for personal exploration, intuitive development, creative renewal, spiritual practice, reflection, and community connection.

By joining or participating in Soul Flow Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Membership, as well as the Soul Flow Collective Community Guidelines.

1. Membership & Access

Soul Flow Collective is a paid membership community providing access to the experiences, gatherings, teachings, practices, resources, recordings, and other member benefits described on the membership website and/or communicated to members.

Membership access is intended for the individual who purchased the membership and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to another person.

Your membership may include access to some or all of the following, depending on the current membership offering:

  • Live Soul Flow gatherings

  • The Recalibration Circle

  • Intuitive guidance and transmissions

  • Soul Flow practices

  • Reflection prompts and resources

  • Member-only recordings and archives

  • Seasonal or special gatherings

  • Private community spaces

  • Other resources, experiences, or member privileges introduced over time

Membership benefits may evolve as Soul Flow Collective grows. From time to time, content, scheduling, formats, or specific membership benefits may be updated, replaced, expanded, or retired.

Any changes will be made with the intention of continuing to provide meaningful value to members.

2. Membership Fees & Recurring Payments

Soul Flow Collective is offered as a recurring membership unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

By enrolling, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the membership price and billing schedule presented at checkout.

Your membership will continue to renew according to the applicable billing cycle until you cancel your membership.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and account information.

If a payment cannot be processed, access to the membership may be temporarily suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

Membership pricing may change for future members or future billing periods. Any applicable changes to your membership price will be communicated in advance where required.

Founding-member pricing, promotional pricing, or other special rates may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time according to the cancellation process provided through the membership platform or by contacting Soul Flow Collective.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the offer.

If you cancel, you may generally continue to access your membership benefits through the remainder of your current paid membership period unless otherwise communicated.

Access to member-only content, recordings, community spaces, and other benefits may end when your membership ends.

4. Community Participation

Soul Flow Collective is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment.

By participating, you agree to follow the Soul Flow Collective Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect and compassion.

  • Respect different beliefs, experiences, perspectives, and personal journeys.

  • Honor appropriate personal and communication boundaries.

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behavior.

  • Avoid unsolicited promotion, sales activity, or solicitation.

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.

  • Participate in a manner that contributes positively to the community.

Membership is a shared space. Your participation should support the integrity, safety, and intention of the Collective as a whole.

5. Confidentiality & Member Privacy

Soul Flow Collective may include personal stories, experiences, questions, reflections, business information, and other private information shared by members.

You agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared by other members.

Without permission, you may not:

  • Share another member's personal story outside the community.

  • Screenshot or redistribute private community conversations.

  • Record or redistribute member discussions.

  • Share identifying or personal information about another member.

  • Use another member's experience, story, business information, or personal circumstances for your own promotional, educational, or commercial purposes.

Please remember:

What's shared by another member in confidence belongs to their story—not yours to share.

Confidentiality obligations regarding another member's private information continue after your membership ends.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The teachings, materials, experiences, frameworks, language, practices, methodology, and creative work provided through Soul Flow Collective are created and curated by Kapualani / Soul Flow Collective unless otherwise indicated.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Written teachings

  • Original frameworks and methodologies

  • Exercises and practices

  • Class structures and curriculum

  • Workbooks and guides

  • Reflection prompts

  • Audio and video recordings

  • Intuitive transmissions

  • Educational materials

  • Original terminology and language

  • Visual materials

  • Downloadable resources

  • The structure and organization of member experiences

  • The Recalibration Circle and its associated materials

  • Other original content created specifically for Soul Flow Collective

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owner(s).

Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use member materials for your own personal participation and development.

It does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

7. Respect the Work

You are absolutely encouraged to learn from what you experience here.

You are encouraged to:

  • Apply the teachings to your own life.

  • Develop your own insights.

  • Practice the techniques for your own personal growth.

  • Allow what resonates to inspire your own creative development.

  • Share your own personal experiences and perspectives.

However, without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce Soul Flow Collective materials.

  • Distribute or publish member-only materials.

  • Sell, license, or commercially exploit member-only content.

  • Repackage or reproduce the Collective's curriculum or methodology.

  • Teach or facilitate Soul Flow Collective's proprietary frameworks as your own.

  • Create a competing course, workshop, membership, program, or offering substantially based on proprietary Soul Flow Collective materials.

  • Reproduce or substantially replicate the structure, curriculum, exercises, frameworks, or methodology of The Recalibration Circle.

  • Use Soul Flow Collective's original language, terminology, written materials, or frameworks as though they were your own original work.

  • Remove attribution or identifying information from materials where attribution is provided.

  • Record, download, reproduce, or redistribute member-only classes or teachings except where expressly permitted.

  • Share paid or member-only resources with individuals who do not have authorized access.

Inspiration is welcome. Imitation is not.

There is a difference between taking inspiration from something you've learned and reproducing another person's original intellectual property.

You are welcome to take the wisdom that resonates, make it your own, and allow it to inform your own journey.

You are not permitted to take the specific container, curriculum, methodology, materials, language, or proprietary frameworks created for Soul Flow Collective and reproduce them as your own offering.

If you are unsure whether something may be used, adapted, taught, or shared, please ask for written permission before doing so.

8. The Recalibration Circle

The Recalibration Circle ("TRC") is a proprietary experience offered within Soul Flow Collective.

TRC may incorporate original combinations of meditation, breathwork, energy work, intuitive guidance, reflection, ritual, embodiment, and other practices.

While individual practices or modalities may exist independently within the broader wellness, spiritual, or personal-development landscape, the particular combination, sequencing, structure, language, curriculum, exercises, teachings, and presentation created for TRC constitute original content and intellectual property.

Participation in TRC does not grant permission to reproduce, teach, facilitate, sell, or commercially replicate the TRC experience or its proprietary materials.

You may practice what you learn for your own personal development.

If you would like to incorporate a specific Soul Flow Collective or TRC framework or material into your own professional practice, teaching, course, workshop, or business offering, please request written permission first.

9. Recordings & Member Content

Certain Soul Flow Collective gatherings may be recorded for member access, archival purposes, or other purposes communicated to members.

By participating in a recorded gathering, you understand that your name, voice, image, comments, questions, or other contributions may potentially appear in the recording depending on the format of the gathering.

Where practical, members may be provided with information about whether a gathering is being recorded and how recordings will be used.

Members may not independently record, reproduce, download, distribute, or publish member-only gatherings or recordings without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of original personal content you contribute to the community, subject to any separate permission you provide.

By voluntarily sharing content within the community, you grant Soul Flow Collective permission to display that content within the community for the purpose for which it was shared.

Soul Flow Collective will not intentionally use a member's private personal story or confidential contribution for external promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

10. Personal Responsibility & Discernment

Soul Flow Collective provides educational, spiritual, intuitive, reflective, and personal-development experiences.

The information, practices, intuitive guidance, energy work, tarot, meditation, breathwork, or other material provided through the Collective are intended for personal exploration and educational purposes.

They are not intended to constitute:

  • Medical advice

  • Mental-health treatment

  • Psychological diagnosis

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Professional business advice

  • Emergency or crisis intervention

You are responsible for determining whether any practice, teaching, suggestion, or experience is appropriate for you.

You are encouraged to seek qualified professionals when you have concerns requiring medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other specialized professional support.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and decisions.

Soul Flow Collective does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, creative, financial, or business outcome.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Soul Flow Collective is designed to provide support, education, reflection, community, and opportunities for personal development.

Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

Your results may depend on many factors outside the control of Soul Flow Collective, including your participation, circumstances, choices, resources, and individual needs.

Accordingly, no specific result or transformation is promised or guaranteed through membership.

12. Respectful Use of Community Materials

Member resources are provided for the personal use of authorized members.

You agree not to use Soul Flow Collective resources to:

  • Harass or harm another person.

  • Misrepresent your qualifications or expertise.

  • Create deceptive or misleading promotional materials.

  • Impersonate Soul Flow Collective or Kapualani.

  • Engage in unlawful activity.

  • Circumvent membership access controls.

  • Share restricted materials with non-members.

You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to member areas, recordings, resources, accounts, or other restricted portions of the Collective.

13. Membership Termination

Soul Flow Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's access when necessary to protect the community, its members, or the integrity of the Collective.

Grounds for termination may include, without limitation:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

  • Discrimination or hate speech

  • Repeated violation of community guidelines

  • Unauthorized sharing of member information

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of intellectual property

  • Misuse of member-only materials

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity

  • Unauthorized commercial use of Soul Flow Collective materials

  • Repeated disruption of the community

  • Failure to comply with these Terms

Where appropriate, reasonable efforts may be made to address concerns before termination. However, Soul Flow Collective reserves the right to take immediate action when circumstances warrant.

Termination of membership does not eliminate obligations that are intended to continue after membership ends, including obligations relating to confidentiality and intellectual property.

14. Changes to Soul Flow Collective

Soul Flow Collective may evolve over time.

This may include changes to:

  • Scheduling

  • Gathering formats

  • Available resources

  • Community platforms

  • Membership benefits

  • Instructors or guest contributors

  • Content offerings

  • Pricing for future members

The intention is to maintain and improve the overall value and integrity of the Collective.

No specific class, teacher, resource, schedule, or format is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time as Soul Flow Collective evolves or as necessary to reflect changes in the membership, applicable law, or business practices.

When material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to current members where appropriate.

The current version and effective date will be displayed on the Terms of Membership page.

Continued participation in Soul Flow Collective following the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. General Terms

These Terms, together with the Soul Flow Collective Community Guidelines and any applicable policies or terms presented during purchase, constitute the understanding between you and Soul Flow Collective regarding your membership.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.

These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or other formal business relationship between you and Soul Flow Collective.

17. Member Acknowledgment

By purchasing or participating in Soul Flow Collective, you acknowledge that:

  • You have had an opportunity to review these Terms of Membership.

  • You understand that membership provides access rather than ownership of Soul Flow Collective materials.

  • You agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, or commercially exploit proprietary Soul Flow Collective or Recalibration Circle materials without prior written permission.

  • You understand that Soul Flow Collective is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional services.

  • You agree to participate in accordance with these Terms and the Soul Flow Collective Community Guidelines.

By checking the agreement box during checkout, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Membership and the Soul Flow Collective Community Guidelines.

A Final Note

These Terms exist not to create distance between us, but to protect the integrity of the space we've created together.

Soul Flow Collective is built on trust, generosity, creativity, and respect.

You are invited to learn deeply, explore freely, ask questions, practice what resonates, and allow the experience to influence your own path.
