If you’re a Returning Client, you may use this form or please feel free to reach me via text. I reserve limited space for potential “emergency”/same-day sessions (sorry, availability not guaranteed) for Returning Clients.

Due to the nature of my current workload and health/wellness needs, I am only able to accept a limited amount of LIVE bookings.

I do not accept same-day bookings unless you are a Returning Client.

I am generally available, given at least two (2) days notice. If I’m able to schedule you in sooner, I will let you know.

I only accept payments via www.PayPal.me/Kapua; Venmo (@Kapua) Kapua Proctor and/or at the drop-down menu below.

Payment must be secured/completed immediately upon confirming a day/time for session. Sort of like going to a store and making your purchase, once we both acknowledge and confirm a specific day/time, please secure your RSVP by selecting one of the above-mentioned methods of payment. If payment is not received by the end of the business day, your session RSVP will not be held.

LIVE SESSIONS (Phone, Skype, etc) are the most in-depth and potent way of working with me.

In our AUDIO call, I offer space for you to ask unlimited questions (as time allows)*. Our one-on-one time together is tailored to your specific needs and we are able to investigate and/or work-on anything that comes up as needed/time permits.

*Pro-rated minutes allowed as “add-on” extensions (i.e.-book for 30 mins and extend for an additional 10 mins); available by verbal agreement, during LIVE call as time allows. Client is responsible for being mindfully aware of time allotments by preparing for session in advance.
